Julie and Neil have a fool proof system that highlights the strengths and challenges of individual roles in the work place. They can also help facilitate a constructive discussion between colleagues that can get things out in the open in a fun non-threatening way. They were extremely generous with their time and feedback. It was clear they were passionate about how they can instigate productive positive change in a real estate context. I especially felt relieved that I had a plan to work towards where I was struggling with my role personally.
